Altair has entered a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Engine Research Institute at HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, aiming to accelerate the development of eco-friendly marine engines and drive AI-powered innovation in the maritime sector.

Following its acquisition by Siemens—a global leader in industrial software—Altair’s simulation and AI technologies are being integrated into Siemens’ Xcelerator portfolio, enhancing its capabilities in industrial artificial intelligence and simulation.
